Thirty years of rooms
meant to be lived in.
Kathy Patton founded the studio in 1995 on one conviction: a well-designed home should be beautiful and deeply personal. She grew up in a Southern family where hospitality was daily practice, and learned early what makes a room worth sitting in.
Thirty years on, the method has not changed. She listens for what feels authentic to a client, then builds the room around it — balancing proportion, material integrity and craftsmanship so the result feels natural rather than imposed.
